A studio for buildings that wear in, not out.
Rezvani Design is led by founding principal Sina Rezvani · an architecture and interior practice working across residential, cultural and hospitality projects in Southern California.
Every commission is taken from first conversation to final walk-through · concept, drawings, permitting and construction administration kept under one roof.
Materials are chosen for how they age. Details are drawn at full scale. The building is followed on site until it is finished and handed over.
We are deliberately small. A short list of projects each year is the only way to keep the principal at the table.

How we work.

A small number of projects
We take on only a handful of commissions each year so the principal stays personally involved through every drawing and every site visit.

Architecture and interior, together
Materials, joinery and lighting are designed alongside the building from the start, not added at the end. The result reads as one piece of work.

On site to the last walk-through
We administer construction weekly: drawings reviewed, RFIs answered, change orders tracked. The project isn't finished until the client moves in.
